Delivery & Returns
Everything you need to know about shipping times, costs, and how to return or exchange your Nordic Petit pieces.
Despatch & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday). Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Spain.
Delivery times
- Spain: 1–3 business days
- EU countries: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 5–10 business days (may vary depending on customs)
During peak season, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders over €100
- Flat rate: €5.90 (EU) / €17.90 (International)
- All EU orders include duties and VAT in the product price.
Tracking & delivery
- A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order ships.
- Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven't received tracking within 2 days.
- Make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to re-send the package.
Returns & exchanges
We hope you love your Nordic Petit pieces — but if something isn't quite right, you're welcome to return or exchange your item.
Return policy
- You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed and in original condition (tags attached).
- Returns must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
How to return
- Go to our return portal and register your return.
- Follow the steps to receive your return label.
- Once received and inspected, we'll confirm approval and process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item is faulty.
Damaged or incorrect items
Every order is carefully quality checked before leaving our warehouse. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@nordicpetit.com.
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and the issue
- Product label or swing tag (if available)
We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Unclaimed packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, Nordic Petit will not cover the shipping cost for uncollected packages — customers will be charged for the cost of return freight. A re-shipping fee will also apply if you'd like the package sent again.
